what up yall, I’m back in Houston for a couple weeks. Had to come back to hang with the fam and take care of things here. It’s always great to get back home after being away for so long. While I was in NY, I was going through a folder with a gang of joints I did over the past couple years. Some of these joints I had totally forgotten about. While I’m home, I’m gonna compile another beat compilation with some of them and leak it out for yall to bump. This stuff needs to be out there. Should have it ready in a week or so.

I’m alive

what up yall. Things are going well here. We’ve been getting joints banged out. Things can be grueling at timess. Long hours can be stressful but when your getting good joints done, the hours are like minutes. I’m really missing my daughter at the moment. What I would give to hug her right now. I’ll see her soon.
We’ve been working with an LA artist by the name of LaMarvin. When you hear his music you will be in awe. I shot some video yesterday of me making a beat and hanging out. We’re gonna try and use that as a documentary for the day in the life of The ARE and the process in which all this shit goes down. Thank you Chris for your time and camera skills.We just did several sessions with Neo’s sister Nikki. Very talented. More from her soon.
I’m listening to Radiohead at the moment. Just when i think “in Rainbows” could’nt get any better, it does.

just a quick update. I can’t seem to upload pic’s or music on this computer that I’m on. Tone! Get this computer fixed!
Anyway, things are moving along. We’ve been gettin joints done everyday. Mostly R&B joints. We’re recording with an artist named leMarvin which is a new Trackmaster artist and a new artist named Boxie has been in for the past 3 nights. He’s on J records and has a single out now with Juelz Santana. You can youtube it is you wanna hear it. He’s a young dude but very dope.
Other than that, it’s just been a grind getting these joints banged out. I’m gonna fly back home in a couple weeks and hang with my daughter. I have’nt gotten out that much here. I was in Brooklyn a few times but thats it.
I’ll get some joints and pic’s up as soon as I can figure out the setting’s on this computer. As you can see on the last few post’s, it does’nt even let me choose a catagory. If anyone knows whats up with that let me know.

I’m finishing up a full length project with Zumbi of Zion I calll “The Burnerz”. Raw soul chops are on the menu. Some featuress will include The Grouch, Martin Luther and a few others. I’ll start posting some exclusive joints soon.

I did this joint awhile back. It was one of my favorite flips. Freddie Mercury is a monster vocalist and Queen has always been one of my favorite rock bands. When I chopped this joint up, it came real qick. It was just one of those joints that you do in like 20 mins. I also used this joint in the redbull big Tune battle.
